Smart quality
When to upscale, when to render native
The engine charges by pixels, the enhancer does not: a 10s shot rendered at 720p and upscaled to 1080p costs about 243 credits instead of 569 native — 57% less spend. But the enhancer is an AI reconstruction model trained on camera footage, so on generated shots it can redraw fine texture. Render natively at 1080p for close-ups, faces, text and fabric detail; use the upscale route for wide and medium shots, and for 1080p to 4K masters. Failed upscales are refunded automatically.

Pricing, clearly.
What is a credit?
A credit is one unit of render capacity. Longer clips and higher resolutions use more credits, so a 5s 720p clip costs far less than a 30s 1080p take. Credits cost about €0.023 each, including VAT.
How do monthly credits work?
Your monthly credits are added to your balance each billing month. Unused credits stay available while your subscription is active. Pack and top-up credits never expire and stack on top of any plan allowance.
Am I charged for failed renders?
No. If a render fails before it finishes, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. The attempt appears as refunded in your credit history.
What if a render finishes but I don't like it?
A completed render is charged, because the engine time was used. Only renders that fail or are cancelled before finishing return their credits. The studio shows the credit cost before you start, so you can test a look cheaply at a shorter length or lower resolution first.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately and is pro-rated, and the extra credits arrive with that charge. A downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the credits already in your balance.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on this page is a gross price including 19% German VAT.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. Under our terms you may use videos you lawfully generated for private and commercial purposes, and you remain responsible for checking third-party rights for the content you upload or depict.
Can I cancel a plan?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. Cancel any time. You keep studio access until the end of the paid period, and any credits already in your balance stay yours.
Can I upload photos of real people?
Real-person reference uploads are supported, subject to our identity and consent policy. You confirm that you have the right to use the likeness, and uploads of public figures or of people who have not consented are not allowed. Pay-per-use accounts get one real-person render per month; plans lift that cap.
Does ARIS generate sound?
An engine-generated soundtrack is optional and off by default. The engine can decline its own audio on copyright grounds — ARIS then renders the same take silently, at no extra credit cost.
Which model powers ARIS?
ARIS runs Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash. Each engine has its own durations, resolutions and per-second price, and the studio shows the exact credit cost for the engine you pick before you render.
